Hosting a competition
- By invitationRaffio is launching with platform-managed competitions. Future hosts are reviewed and onboarded individually by invitation.
- Submit a competitionOnce onboarded, an approved host creates a competition and submits it; Raffio reviews and approves it before it goes live.
- Fulfil the approved winner's prizeAfter the draw and approved claim, the host dispatches the prize or carries out the agreed handover.
Overview
Raffio is a curated, skill-based prize competition platform. This page walks through entering a competition, what happens if you win, and how hosting works. Competitions
Answer the competition's qualifying question correctly and purchase tickets to enter. When a competition closes, a winner is selected at random from all valid ticket holders.
- Browse the competitions available on the platform.
- Select a competition to view details, including ticket price and closing date.
- Answer the competition's qualifying question — a correct answer is required before you can enter.
- Purchase tickets, or use the free postal entry route — every valid ticket is included once in the draw.
- When the competition closes, a winner is selected at random from all valid ticket holders.
- If you win, Raffio confirms your win and manages your claim — the approved host then carries out delivery, collection or the relevant handover.

Browse competitionsIf You Win
When you win, Raffio confirms your win and manages your prize claim from start to finish. If we need any details from you — such as a delivery address — you submit them securely on your claim page, never by replying to an ordinary email. Once your claim is approved, the approved host performs the physical step: dispatching the prize, or carrying out the agreed collection or handover. Raffio tracks progress throughout and handles any problems, delays or questions. Your claim page shows any action and deadline that applies to your prize.
Hosting with Raffio
Raffio is currently launching with a limited selection of platform-managed competitions. Future hosts will be reviewed and onboarded individually by invitation — there is no open, self-service host sign-up at this stage.
Once a host is onboarded, competitions run the same way for entrants: the host creates a competition, Raffio reviews and approves it before it goes live, Raffio processes all payments and runs the draw, and after an approved claim the host dispatches the prize or arranges the agreed collection or handover. Raffio manages all winner communication.

After a competition closes, its winner is drawn at random from all valid ticket holders, and every valid ticket has an equal chance. The draw is conducted by RANDOM.ORG, an independent randomness service, not by Raffio, and every competition has its own verification page where anyone can check the result. Payments
You pay Raffio, never the individual host. Card payments are taken on our payment provider's secure checkout, and Raffio handles processing, refunds and any dispute: see the Refund Policy. How Raffio holds money and settles with hosts is on the Trust & Transparency page.
