Prohibited Items Policy

This policy lists items and activities that are prohibited on the Raffio platform. Hosts may not list prohibited items, and participants may not engage in prohibited activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Items

You may not list or attempt to list the following items:

• Illegal items: Items, substances, or services that are illegal to sell, purchase, or possess in your jurisdiction or the winner's jurisdiction
• Counterfeit goods: Counterfeit, fake, or unauthorised replica items
• Stolen goods: Items that have been stolen or obtained through illegal means
• Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives, or other weapons (unless legally permitted and clearly stated in listing)
• Hazardous materials: Items that pose safety risks, including explosives, toxic substances, or flammable materials
• Intellectual property violations: Items that infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Live animals: Live animals, except where legally permitted and clearly stated in listing
• Human remains: Human remains or body parts
• Harmful content: Items that promote hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Gambling services: Gambling services, casino chips, or lottery tickets
• Financial instruments: Securities, stocks, bonds, or other financial instruments

Age-Restricted Items

Items with age restrictions (such as alcohol or tobacco) may only be listed if:

• The item is legal to sell in your jurisdiction
• The listing clearly states age restrictions
• You verify the winner's age before fulfillment
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Manipulate draws: Attempt to manipulate, influence, or interfere with the winner selection process
• Multiple accounts: Create multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning or to bypass restrictions
• Automated systems: Use bots, automated systems, or scripts to purchase tickets or create listings
• Fraudulent activity: Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Platform interference: Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or other users' experience
• Legal violations: Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies
• Rights infringement: Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights

Enforcement

If you list prohibited items or engage in prohibited activities:

• Your listing may be removed immediately
• Your account may be suspended or terminated
• You may be required to provide refunds to ticket purchasers
• Legal action may be taken if violations involve illegal activity

The platform reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates this policy. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, contact the platform before creating a listing.
